Holiday Cookies


  • 1 cup (2 sticks) <i>Cool unsalted butter, softened</i>

  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp. Salt

  • 2 Large eggs, cold
  • ½ tbsp. Vanilla extract

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. Ground cardamom


    Prep the cookie dough

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

    2. Place Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on metal baking sheet and set aside.

    3. Mix butter, sugar and salt just until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix. Add dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.

    Roll out & bake

    1. Roll out dough to ¼in thick and cut using desired cookie cutters.

    2. Place Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on baking sheet and place arrange cookies. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

    3. Let cool for 2 minutes and serve warm or room temperature.**If decorating cookies with glaze, allow them to cool completely before decorating.
