Queso Beer Dip


  • 1 block - 16 oz./454 g Velveeta cheese, cubed

  • 1 can - 10 oz./283 g Can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • ¼ cup Amber beer



    1. Place cubed cheese in 1 3/4 qt./1.75 L casserole Tupperwave Stack Cooker. Add can of diced tomatoes, with liquid and cover.

    Melt and stir

    1. Place in microwave and cook at full power for 3 minutes. At the end of cooking time, uncover and stir until well combined.

    Add beer and cook

    1. Add beer, cover and return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

    Mix and serve

    1. At the end of cooking time, mix well and serve.
