Mini Chocolate Cakes

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. Unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/3 Cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
  • 8 oz./227 g Semisweet chocolate, melted

Directions

    Make the batter

    1. In a Thatsa medium bowl, mix butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, and whisk until incorporated. Mix in cocoa powder and fold in melted chocolate.

    2. Divide batter evenly among Ramekins and place inside the Shielded Colander of the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker.

    Cook and serve

    1. Fill water base/reservoir with 1¾ cups/400 mL water and place shielded colander with Ramekins over it. Cover with Shielded Cover and microwave on high power for 10 minutes.

    2. Let rest for 2 mins, serve warm.
