SPICY CINNAMON BURGERS

Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb./567 g ground beef

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. ground chipotle
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix and divide

    1. In Thatsa medium bowl, add all ingredients and mix just until combined. Divide mixture and place equal portions in each Hamburger Press. Seal, refrigerate or freeze until ready to cook.

    Cook and serve

    1. Cook (in MICROPRO® GRILL, outdoor grill or stovetop) until internal cooking temperature reaches 165°F/74°C.

    2. Serve in a sesame bun with toppings of choice.
